We strive to ensure proper measures are in place to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. The Desoto Group’s Safety Management Process (SMP) is the blueprint we use to provide a safe workplace.
The SMP elements increase safety awareness and employee involvement. Additionally, the SMP identifies specific rules and processes for our personnel to achieve our vision of Zero Accidents.
